Matt Avery began their career in 2004 as an Internal Auditor at McLane Company, Inc. In 2005, they transitioned to PDI Software as a Support Consultant and subsequently held roles as Support Manager, Vice President Customer Service, Vice President of Support and Maintenance Development, and most recently, VP Support & Maintenance Engineering, Logistics.
Matt Avery completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor from 2000 to 2004. Matt then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the same university from 2002 to 2006. In 2015, Matt obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce.
