Sree Devi S has over 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. SREE DEVI started their career as an HR Executive at Novel Team in 2003, where they handled various HR activities including recruitment, payroll management, and induction. SREE DEVI then moved on to roles at Xalted Information Systems Pvt. Ltd., Mascon Global, TRANSORION LOGISTICS, and most recently PDI Technologies, where they held leadership positions in HR, showcasing their expertise in talent management and organizational development in the APAC region.

Sree Devi S holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Bharathiyar University (1998-2001) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University (2001-2003). In 2015, they obtained a SAP HCM Certification from ATOS, SAP Authorized Training Partner. Additionally, they have completed certifications in Diversity Recruiting, Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2021.
