Zhala Rahim

Zhāla Rahim is a Salesforce Administrator at PDI Technologies, where they manage Salesforce configuration, data management, and user access while leveraging their analytical skills to drive business decisions. They previously served as a Jr. Salesforce Administrator and a UX/UI Designer at Yes We Print, where they developed user personas, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance user experiences. Zhāla holds a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies from Azerbaijan State Pedagogical College and is currently enhancing their skills through Code Academy. In their free time, they engage with the Salesforce community, enjoy musical pursuits, and value family and travel.
