Joel Ogan

Joel Ogan, PMP, currently serves as a Scrum Master and Program Operations professional at PDI Technologies, where expertise in scrum and agile methodologies enhances collaboration among marketing, operations, consumer engagement, and technology teams to improve customer satisfaction. In addition to this role, Joel has held a position as a Program Coordinator and Civil Affairs Specialist in the US Army Reserves since October 2020, acting as a liaison between military and civilian entities. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Program Manager in the US Army, overseeing logistics and training for rapid response teams, and functioning as a Project Coordinator at Cameron University, where project supervision and equipment management were key responsibilities. Joel holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Aspen University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Cameron University.
