Rick Lay is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Tier III Customer Support Technician at PDI Software since July 2004, Rick specializes in resolving complex customer issues and overseeing the installation of Linux-based Cybera SCA devices. Rick previously worked as a Senior Field Technician at Sarcom, Inc., providing Level 1 and 2 Desktop Support for Gaylord Entertainment. Earlier roles included Associate Network Engineer at Bluestar Communications / Covad, troubleshooting DSL and T1 circuits, and Level 2 Desktop Support Technician at Word Entertainment, where support was provided for a hybrid LAN/MAN environment. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University and attended Western Kentucky University.
