Ryan Cahill

Ryan Cahill possesses extensive experience in technical support and customer service across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist III at PDI Technologies since February 2023, Ryan previously held a similar role at Blue Cow Software from October 2015 to February 2023, where direct support was provided to customers via phone and email. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Senior Applications Specialist at MEDITECH from August 2007 to October 2015, specializing in Laboratory software support and leading training initiatives for both customers and new hires. Ryan's career began as an Orientation Navigator at Salem State College, where guidance was provided to incoming students. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Salem State University, complemented by a study abroad program at Bond University.
