Tara Thorne is a highly experienced professional in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, currently serving as a Managing Consultant/Team Lead at PDRI, an SHL Company, since April 2019. Tara's expertise encompasses executive consultation, leadership development, workforce strategy, and training design, with significant accomplishments including the development of a sustainable process for training validation and the delivery of both in-person and online training programs. Previously, Tara held roles at SHL and PDRI, where Tara excelled in leadership assessment and program evaluations, notably coaching global leaders and managing training equivalency studies that resulted in substantial cost savings.
