Rick Austin

Rick Austin is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in technology leadership. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Personnel Data Systems, Inc., Rick has also worked as a consultant and held significant roles at 3M, including Director of the Healthcare Services Platform and Technical Director of the Advanced Technology Group. Previous experience includes Vice President of Product Development and Engineering at SoftMed Systems, Inc. and Consulting Systems and Software Engineer for the U.S. Department of State. Rick holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
