Steven Howard

Steven Howard has extensive experience in the veterinary field, currently serving as Secretary General at RUMA Companion Animal and Equine since January 2020. Previously, Steven held multiple roles at PDSA from 1999, including Head of Clinical Services, Clinical Operations Manager, Senior Veterinary Surgeon, and Veterinary Surgeon. Prior to that, Steven practiced as a Veterinary Surgeon in various veterinary practices from 1994 to 1999. Steven obtained a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery from Glasgow University Veterinary School (1989-1994) and a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Wolverhampton (2008-2010). Early education includes completing O and A levels at King James Comprehensive School (1981-1988).
