Eric Winburn

Eric Winburn has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Eric started their career as a Backroom Supervisor and Sales Floor Team Lead at a retail store, where they managed a team of over 20 employees and was responsible for inventory management. Eric then moved on to work as an Account Service Representative at TDS Telecom, where they provided customer service and maintained internet accounts for DSL, dial-up, and web hosting customers. After that, they joined TDS Metrocom as a Senior Advisor of Business Customer Care, where they trained and supported their peers and handled escalations. Eric then transitioned to PDS Paragon Development Systems, where they held various roles starting as a Client Services Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Support Services. In these roles, they managed P&L for a multi-client Service Desk, grew revenue and profitability, and developed relationships with key account personnel. Eric also focused on employee growth and satisfaction, conducted performance reviews, and identified opportunities for service delivery improvement. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Eric Winburn attended Madison Area Technical College where they completed an Associates Degree. During their time at the college, their field of study included Graphic Design, Marketing and Selling Products, as well as General Studies, Art History, and Computer Programming.
