Mike T.

Mike T. is an experienced Support Engineer II with a diverse background in IT support and management spanning several years. Currently employed at PDS since May 2022, Mike has worked on significant projects, including migrating end-user devices and managing IT teams. Previous roles include serving as a Windows 10 Migration Lead for both Froedtert Hospital and CVS Health, where responsibilities involved upgrading systems, providing desk-side support, and installing software.
