Timothy Olson is a Service Desk Tier 1 Analyst at Paragon Development Systems since May 2012, responsible for providing customer support for various software and hardware issues and meticulously documenting each incident using a ticketing system. In addition to this role, Timothy has worked as a Driver/Production at Pitney Bowes Presort Services since April 2008 and was previously a Greenskeeper at Tumbledown Trails from June 2003 to May 2010.
