Simon Model

Simon Model has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Simon started their career in 2012 as a Driving Range Employee at Agesta Golf Club, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Logistics Associate at IKEA Group. From 2016 to 2017, Simon served as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) at Nordea. In 2017, they joined The Global Capital Guide as a Research Intern, where they focused on finding public funds for companies interested in investing in African countries. Simon then moved to PE Accounting in 2017 as a Junior Implementation Consultant and was promoted to Senior Implementation Consultant in 2018. In this role, they managed projects involving SaaS and consulting companies, performed project management with multiple stakeholders, handled data import/export, financial key figures, and accounting. Simon was later promoted to Head Of Implementation in February 2020, where they managed a team responsible for implementing clients in PE accounting, overseeing personnel management, change management, larger implementation projects, and pre-sales activities.

Simon Model earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Political Science and Government from Stockholm University. Simon completed this degree from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Simon spent a semester studying abroad at Singapore Management University in 2015, focusing on Business administration.
