Jeffrey Smith has extensive work experience in landscape architecture and design. Jeffrey currently holds the position of Vice President and Director of Landscape Architecture at PEA Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Principal and Director of Landscape Architecture at PEA Group starting from May 2010. Jeffrey initially joined PEA Group in October 2002 as a Project Manager and Senior Landscape Architect.
Before joining PEA Group, Jeffrey worked at Equinox as a Project Coordinator from November 2000 to October 2002. Equinox merged with PEA Group in 2002. During their time at Equinox, Jeffrey focused on site planning for open space Planned Unit Residential Developments, providing services such as wetland delineation, site planning, detailed site design, and permitting.
Jeffrey's earlier work experience includes serving as a Landscape Designer at Kenneth Weikal Landscape Architecture from October 1997 to November 2000. At Kenneth Weikal Landscape Architecture, they specialized in detailed site design for luxury multi-family housing developments, senior housing developments, and high-end residential landscape design.
Jeffrey Smith, ASLA, LEED AP received their Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Michigan State University from 1992 to 1997.
