Todd Shelly

Todd Shelly, PLS has extensive work experience in the surveying field. Todd started their career at Atwell-Hicks as a Survey Manager, overseeing a team of 30+ surveyors. Todd was then promoted to Market Sector Leader and later to Group Leader, where they managed the operational and financial performance of the survey activities in the Chicago area. In 2009, Todd joined Rynova, LLC as the Director of Land Surveying/Managing Member, responsible for directing survey-related activities for energy generation and infrastructure projects. Todd also played a key role in the planning and development of wind farms in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. In 2013, Todd joined Metro Consulting Associates as a Program Manager, where they managed the company's presence in the Greater Chicago Area and acted as a project manager for various energy, utility, communication, and commercial projects. Since 2014, they have been the Director of Survey Operations at PEA Group, where their responsibilities include overseeing survey operations for the company.

Todd Shelly, PLS, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying Engineering from Ferris State University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Eastern Michigan University between 1983 and 1988.
