Ebba Westman

Ebba Westman currently serves as HR-chef at Peab, leading an HR team of nine and supporting approximately 1,100 employees across two construction regions. Prior to this role, Westman held HR leadership positions at NCC and worked as a licensed physiotherapist at Feelgood Svenska AB. Westman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Karolinska Institutet and completed further HR studies at Stockholms universitet. With extensive experience in HR management and rehabilitation, Westman demonstrates a strong commitment to employee wellness and organizational success.
