Fredrik Westerlund

Fredrik Westerlund is currently the Projektutvecklingschef and Biträdande Regionchef at Magnolia Bostad AB, building on extensive experience in both construction and development. Previously, they held various roles including Affärschef Nord at Peab, where they contributed to many housing and commercial projects, and worked as a Construction Project Manager at AB Bostaden i Umeå. Fredrik's foundational skills were developed through earlier positions as a Construction Woodworker and in military service as a guard and escort platoon member. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Umeå University and have a diverse educational background in building and construction technology.
