Julia Lundberg

Julia Lundberg is a Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Peab, where they drive the integration of D&I into management agendas and develop company-wide strategies. With a background in engineering and a Master's degree in Management, Organization, and Society, Julia emphasizes a scientific approach to enhancing organizational cultures. They have extensive international experience, having lived on three continents and are fluent in three additional languages. Julia's previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Memorable Media Inc. and Diversity & Inclusion Consultant, where they delivered lectures and coordinated networks focused on social sustainability. Julia is also actively involved in voluntary work addressing issues such as the refugee crisis, gender inequality, and food waste.
