Jonathan Radcliffe

Jonathan Radcliffe currently serves as the Head of Centre of Excellence for Tenancy Management at Peabody, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan accumulated over a decade of experience at Red Kite Community Housing, where responsibilities included Head of Community, Head of Commercial, Commercial Manager, and Project Manager from December 2011 to July 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Interim Neighbourhood Manager at Wycombe District Council and Head of Neighbourhood Management at Origin Housing. Previous roles also include Principal Housing Officer at Hyde Southbank Homes and various managerial positions at Wandsworth Council. Jonathan Radcliffe holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Nottingham Trent University and a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Housing from De Montfort University.
