Mark Barrett

Mark Barrett has extensive experience in finance and payments management, currently serving as Head of Group Payments and Banking at Peabody since December 2017, after previously holding the position of Group Payments Manager. In this role, Mark manages a team of 14, overseeing invoice processing, payment runs, and the implementation of automation software Blue Prism to enhance payment processes. Prior to Peabody, Mark worked at Family Mosaic from January 2013 to December 2017 as Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Manager, where management of a team of 8 led to significant improvements in payment cycle times and process efficiencies. Mark's career also includes roles at Trueform Group and Joshua G2, beginning as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and a Purchase Ledger. Mark's educational background includes a GNVQ in Leisure & Tourism from Hayden Sixth Form and completion of secondary education at Nower Hill High School.
