Nigel Pierce

Nigel Pierce is an experienced leader in community and housing management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Director of Charlton Triangle Homes at Peabody since February 2013, Nigel oversees day-to-day operations and strategic direction while supporting service delivery for over 100,000 homes in London and the South East. Prior to this role, Nigel held various positions at Family Mosaic, including Head of Neighbourhood & Community and Neighbourhood Manager, where responsibilities encompassed community development and tenant services. Nigel’s earlier experience includes significant roles at the Royal Borough of Greenwich, where management of detached youth work and school programs was emphasized. Nigel holds a Master of Arts in Management Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University, alongside multiple qualifications in youth work and organization methods.
