Simon Maddan

Simon Maddan has extensive experience in IT delivery and management, currently serving as the Head of Software Delivery at Peabody since November 2024. Prior to this role, Simon held various senior positions at Ricoh Europe from July 2008 to October 2024, including Head of Enterprise Delivery and Business Readiness, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic IT initiatives such as RPA, cloud data warehouses, and business transformation functions. Simon's earlier roles at Ricoh included Head of Enterprise Development and Delivery, and Head of Application Support, managing critical IT initiatives and application support across Europe. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Systems at Bowne, Senior Consultant at TSC, and PeopleSoft Specialist at Seagram, as well as a Senior Support Executive at HRM Software Limited. Simon is a graduate of Lancaster University, completing studies in 1992.
