Andrew Schmidt

Andrew Schmidt is currently the Vice President of Product Strategy at PEAC Solutions, where they drive product, strategy, and operations for the Working Capital business. Prior to joining PEAC, Andrew held significant leadership roles, including Head of SMB Strategy & Operations at Enova International, where they led post-merger transformations and scaled the platform from $250M to $1.5B. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Analyst at EXPRESS and a Sales Director at GE, where they achieved top-tier sales performance and operational improvements. They hold an MBA in Finance/Analytics from The Ohio State University and a BA in Political Science and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
