Caleb Glon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recreational sports management and social services. At Indiana University Bloomington, Caleb held multiple roles, including Building Assistant Manager, where oversight of a staff of 15-20 facilitated the operation of recreational sports facilities, and as Program Assistant for Intramural Sports, managing the hiring and training of sports officials. Caleb also served as Homelessness Case Manager and Director of Shalom Center Programs at Beacon, Inc., effectively supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through goal-oriented assistance and collaboration with various local services. Additionally, Caleb's international experience includes serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer, teaching English to over 900 Cambodian students and leading educational training sessions. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, achieving a 3.6 GPA.
