Ethan Frey is an experienced professional with a strong background in community and international development, as well as Spanish language skills. Since February 2004, Ethan has been a TEFL Teacher Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Ecuador, enhancing students' English communication abilities and supporting teacher development.
