Kamrin Hooks

Kamrin Hooks, MPA, currently serves as a Peace Corps Volunteer, with previous experience as a Land Use Planner and Executive Assistant for the City of Shreveport. In this role, Kamrin managed the intake and processing of land development applications and prepared legal documents for city governance. Kamrin's background includes a Metropolitan Planning Commission internship and positions in the hospitality sector, including as a hostess at Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana and Windrush Grill. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration and Social Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in History, both earned at Southern Arkansas University, along with a high school diploma from Captain Shreve High School.
