Matthew Cain

Matthew Cain has extensive experience in financial management and operations, currently serving as an Expert at the Peace Corps since January 2007, where responsibilities include re-architecting the Post financial management system to a web-based platform and supporting overseas financial management staff. Prior roles at the Peace Corps include Director of Management and Operations and Global Payment Specialist. Matthew's background also includes serving as a Volunteer at the University of Oregon and positions in residential housing management and technical writing at Training Development Services and Bradley University, respectively. Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration in International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Bradley University.
