Jaime B.

Jaime B. is a dedicated development professional with over sixteen years of experience in philanthropy and fundraising leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Immigration Equality, Jaime leads national fundraising strategies and manages donor engagement initiatives. Jaime has held executive roles at organizations such as Action for the Climate Emergency and the Peréz Art Museum, while also serving as the founding Executive Director of OUT Miami Foundation. With a Master's degree in Public Administration from Florida State University and the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification, Jaime is also the current President of the Miami Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. In personal interests, Jaime is a passionate tennis fan and enjoys biking and spending time with their two chihuahuas.
