PeaceWorks, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of violence and restoring hope for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking.

At the heart of our work is Mountain Peace Shelter—the only confidential shelter in our region—providing safety not only for survivors and their children, but also for their pets, because no one should have to choose between escaping abuse and keeping their family together.

Our comprehensive services include 24/7 crisis intervention through our SafeLine, confidential advocacy, housing navigation, legal and court support, and holistic wellness programs that help survivors heal and rebuild their lives.
