Jay Smith

Jay Smith has worked in the operations and sales industry for over 20 years. Jay began their career in 1997 as Vice President of Planning and Allocation and Director of Inventory Replenishment & Allocation at Garden Ridge. Jay then moved to Laura Mercier Cosmetics in 2009, where they held the role of Vice President of Sales Operations & Planning. In 2012, Jay joined Cover FX as Vice President of Operations and subsequently held the same role at FARSALI from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are Senior Vice President of Operations at Peach and Lily.

Jay Smith attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they earned a BSBA in Operations & Finance.
