With more than 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Michelle has held significant roles including Food and Drinks Operational Support Manager at Hollywood Bowl Group Plc and General Manager at Pitcher & Piano. They also served as Head of Department for Food and Beverages at Center Parcs, recruiting and training a large team to deliver high-quality service. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Criminology from the University of Lincoln and is eager to progress within corporate roles in brand, sales, procurement, acquisition, and training.
