Jani Levänen

Jani Levänen has over 20 years of work experience in sales operations and management. Jani currently serves as the Vice President of Sales Operations at Peach, where they lead a global team responsible for sales technology, operations, and incentive compensation. Prior to this role, Jani held a position at Iron Mountain as the Director/Head of Sales Operations & Global Sales Incentive Compensation. Jani was responsible for designing and implementing sales compensation programs and leading transformative change initiatives. Jani also worked at Ticketmaster as the Senior Director of Sales Operations and later as the Director of Sales Operations, Commercial. In these roles, they focused on sales excellence, enablement, and operations across international markets. Before that, Jani worked at Getty Images as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations for the EMEA & APAC regions. Jani played a strategic role in supporting the sales teams and ensuring alignment with other functional areas of the business. Additionally, Jani has experience as an Account Manager at Jai Kudo Eyewear and as a Marketing Manager at Teleware Oy. Jani began their career as an Assistant in International Sales at BBC Resources Ltd.

Jani Levänen completed their education in marketing and finance. Jani obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (BA Hons) degree from the University of Lincoln in the field of marketing and finance, from 1998 to 2002. Jani also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in marketing and finance from Mercuria Business School during the same period. Prior to that, in 1997 to 1998, they studied advertising and marketing at Markkinointi-instituutti.

In addition to their formal education, Jani Levänen has obtained several certifications, including "COVID-19: TACKLING THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS" from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London in April 2020. Jani is also a Fellow of both The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce) and the Institute of Sales Professionals. Furthermore, they hold a certification in Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner, although the institution and year of obtaining were not specified.
