Rickard Nilsson

Rickard Nilsson, MBA, has extensive experience in program management and product leadership, currently serving in program management at Peachjar from July 2023 to June 2025, as well as holding the position of VP of Operations. Prior to Peachjar, Rickard worked at Outreach as Principal Product Manager, focusing on reporting and analytics solutions for a platform with 25,000 weekly users. Rickard has also held various leadership roles at Clear Capital, including Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Product Management, where key contributions involved quality control and innovative software solutions for real estate valuation. Earlier positions at Intuit included Senior Manager for Customer Success Reporting, where Rickard drove strategy for data visualization, and Group Manager for Customer Success Reporting, enhancing performance metrics for the organization. Rickard earned an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Nevada-Reno.
