Joel Murphy is an accomplished DevOps Engineer currently employed at Peacocks since January 2022, where responsibilities include software development and data analysis utilizing various programming languages. As the Chief Executive Officer of Keep-Alive I.T since February 2020, Joel leads a company specializing in Agile IT solutions. Previously, Joel held multiple management roles within the Welsh Government's Test, Trace, Protect initiative, overseeing teams during the Covid-19 pandemic, and has experience as a Contact Tracer at NHS Wales. Prior to these roles, Joel gained valuable experience as a Senior Software Developer at NHS Wales, Lead PHP Developer at Dickies, and various freelance positions including Uber Eats and Amazon Flex during the pandemic. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cardiff University.
