Matthew Haley has a strong background in physical therapy with experience at multiple companies. Matthew most recently worked at Peak Physical Therapy and Wellness as the Director of Education and Mentorship starting in July 2018. Prior to that, they were a Staff Physical Therapist at JOINT EFFORT PHYSICAL THERAPY from April 2015 to July 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as a Physical Therapist at Signature Healthcare in Massachusetts from August 2012 to April 2015.
Matthew Haley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, which they obtained in 1996. Matthew later pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions, starting in 2023 and completing it in 2025. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Teaching Practicum in Hybrid Learning and Teaching from Evidence In Motion (EIM) in May 2023. Additionally, Matthew holds certifications in 3D MAPS and Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute. Matthew also has a Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and has completed Youth Mental Health First Aid training from Mental Health First Aid Trainings.

We are heavily involved in the communities we serve through many volunteer opportunities and believe education is key. We have 11 offices in Norwell, Scituate, Hanover, Pembroke, Braintree, Cohasset, East Bridgewater and Quincy. In addition we have 3 off-site aquatic programs in Weymouth, Scituate and Hanover, and two private Pelvic Health Suites in Scituate and Norwell. In addition we have recently opened a pediatric center in Braintree. Patient care is always number one for us, and we place high value on caring for our employees who are truly the heart and soul of of our mission and values.
