Roy Wilson

Roy Wilson's work experience begins in 2004, when they joined the University of Wisconsin-Extension as a Dairy and Livestock Agent. During this time, they planned, implemented, taught, and evaluated educational programs focused on the needs of the community.

In 2005, Roy moved on to Genex, where they held various leadership roles. Roy started as a Technology Development Manager, overseeing field research and implementing new technologies in the A.I. industry. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Associate Vice President of National Accounts, working on strategic planning and coordinating support for national accounts.

In 2013, Roy became the Senior Vice President of U.S. Marketing, Sales, and Service at Genex, leading the dairy and beef cattle product sales, services, and marketing efforts. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President of Dairy Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, managing personnel and coordinating marketing, sales, and service activities for all semen and resale products in the U.S. market.

Most recently, in 2018, Roy joined PEAK as the Senior Vice President of Production. Further details about this role are not provided.

Roy Wilson obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Roy later pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Animal Genetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004.
