Peak & Bloom is all about helping you find your way through creativity, connection, reflection and coaching in the outdoors.

Based on the belief that nature creates the space we need to think, reflect and grow, I combine life and career coaching with walking, creativity and meaningful connection in the outdoors.

Through creativity, connection, reflection and coaching in the outdoors, I help you step away from overwhelm and reconnect with what matters most.

Whether you’re craving more connection, navigating change, or simply wanting to rediscover joy in nature, my guided hike and outdoor experiences create space to breathe, think clearly and explore what else is out there for you.

I also offer a range of ways to support you as a Leader or your Team across the Peak District and surrounding areas. A Corporate Hiking Day or a Team Wellbeing Away day is an opportunity to break routine, reduce stress, and build deeper connections, all while exploring one of the UK’s most beautiful landscapes.

Whatever pathway you choose, I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, gain perspective and explore what comes next.

Walk with me and find your next path.
