Peak and Stone Bakery is a new artisan bakery based in Boythorpe Business Park, Chesterfield, known for its focus on high-quality breads and baked goods made with local ingredients. The business was started by Tom and Emily Martin — Tom is a nationally recognised baker who has won awards including Best Sourdough, Best Tin Loaf at the Craft Bakers’ Association Awards and Britain’s Best Loaf in 2024, and was a finalist in the Baker of the Year competition in both 2024 and 2025. Emily runs the business side of things, including community engagement and social media.
