PEAK's residential component is indemnified with the City of Calgary and is devoted to servicing inner City residential homes (infills) in both summer and winter conditions. With hundreds of serviced lots to date, including single family, duplexes, three- and  four plexes, we are widely revered as a leader in this market.

From planning to execution our scope encompasses all facets of a complete project. This includes permitting, trenching, installation, existing water service kills, inspections, surface rehabilitation, clean up and warranty with the City.
