Peak Cultivar is a regenerative agriculture consultancy based in Hillsboro, Oregon. We do not lead with cannabis. We lead with the soil, and cannabis is our proof of concept crop, the most demanding and documented test of whether a living soil system performs without synthetic inputs. It does, consistently.
Our methodology is called Fab-to-Farm. The name means exactly what it says: semiconductor manufacturing precision applied to biological soil architecture. Forty years of cultivation experience, thirty of those in cannabis, combined with direct experience on Intel's fab floor, produced a framework for building soil systems that are measurable, repeatable, and designed to improve with each cycle rather than degrade. No other consultancy in this space brings that combination.
What we offer is not a product. It is a diagnostic and design process. We start by understanding what a given piece of land is actually doing, biologically and chemically, before recommending a single thing. The soil has to be understood before it can be improved.
Soil Diagnostic Services: Field-deployable biological testing across the Tualatin Valley through the Willamette Valley to Salem. Each visit delivers microbial biomass measurement and a laboratory nutrient panel, giving operators real data instead of guesswork. Single-zone analysis starts at $249. Multi-zone and commercial assessments available.
What the system produces: Our living soil demonstration bed produced 23.32 pounds of fresh frozen flower across ten plants in a single season, zero synthetic inputs, with documented microbial biomass of 2,267 micrograms per gram against a healthy reference range of 600 to 800.
We work with cannabis and hemp producers, vineyard owners, small farms, and agricultural operators worldwide. Inquiries welcome globally.
