Peak Dry Solutions is developing Lumidry™ - a next-generation precision infrared drying technology that enables the production of pure, clean-label ingredients without carriers and without degradation of nutritional value. Our systems combine speed, process control and high energy efficiency, giving food, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturers both a cost and quality advantage. Lumidry™ operates without vacuum and at low temperatures (~46°C / 115°F), preserving color, flavor and bioactive compounds while reducing energy consumption by 50–80%. Its modular and mobile design enables at-source drying and supports the production of premium clean-label ingredients - while also enabling, where applicable, the conversion of byproducts into high-value materials. The Peak Dry team previously developed and commercialized Radiant Zone Drying / Infidri, which was acquired by a global leader in flavors for $55M in 2017, with 80% of the valuation attributed to the IP.
