We're Peak - your Certified B Corp Employer of Record (EOR) partner for companies hiring globally.

Whether you're hiring your first overseas employee or scaling an international team, global employment should open doors - not create obstacles.

Setting up a foreign entity takes months and drains resources. Compliance varies by country. Payroll, contracts, and tax filings add up fast. Most businesses simply don't have the bandwidth for all of it.

That's where Peak comes in. Our EOR service means we become the legal employer of your overseas staff - handling compliance, contracts, payroll, and tax filings in-country, so you don't have to set up an entity abroad. You stay in control. We handle the complexity.

What makes us different? Real people, not platforms. No chatbots, no call centres, no week-long waits. You get a named account manager who knows your business and is there when you need them.

And because building a global team is about more than compliance, we also support you on remote culture strategy - helping your international hires feel genuinely connected to your team.

We believe business can be a force for good - in any sector. That's why we lead with our ethics, act on our principles, and prove that even in the HR industry, the impact you can have is bigger than you'd think.

Ready to hire abroad without the headache? Let's talk.
