Blake Watson

Blake Watson is an experienced pharmacy and healthcare management professional with a robust background in operational leadership. Currently serving as Area Manager at Peak Pharmacy since May 2021, Blake oversees 18 pharmacies, 3 MDS hubs, and a centralized unit across Chesterfield and South Sheffield. Previously, as Business Manager for Derby City South PCN at NHS from October 2020 to May 2021, Blake managed a multi-million-pound budget and 20 direct reports for a network covering nearly 100,000 patients. Blake's career in pharmacy began at Well Pharmacy, progressing from Pharmacy Branch Manager to Regional Support and Development Manager, leading initiatives for digital transformation and operational efficiencies across multiple branches. Additionally, Blake has management experience with Sainsbury's, where the grocery department generated significant weekly sales. Blake holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Leicester.
