Dom Mannella

Dom Mannella is the General Counsel at Tenet Fintech Group Inc., where they lead the internal legal department and manage relationships with regulators. Dom holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.), one from Georgetown University Law Center and another from Osgoode Hall Law School, and has an LL.B. from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to their current role, Dom worked as a Manager of Listings & Regulation at the Canadian Securities Exchange and practiced securities law at various firms in Toronto and Montreal. They have also contributed to legal education as a guest speaker and taught corporate and securities law at multiple law faculties. In 2020, Dom was named a Finalist for the Lexpert Rising Stars Award, recognizing young lawyers making significant impacts in their field.
