Timo Juritsch has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Co-Founder and CEO of Peak Power, a company that helps maximize returns on investment for electricity storage assets through automated trading and AI optimization. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Impact Berry Coffee, a social coffee brand. Timo also worked as a Freelance Business Consultant and an Entrepreneur at Antler. Additionally, Timo has experience in venture development at Shell Digital Ventures and various roles in supply chain performance and analysis at Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH. Timo has also worked in business development in China for antibodies-online.com and as a Diploma Student at Shell Global Solutions (Deutschland) GmbH. Timo began their career as an intern at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. Timo has taken sabbaticals and traveled extensively, including a period of experiencing the world with Asia World.

Timo Juritsch began their education at RWTH Aachen University, where they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau (Industrial Engineering) from 2006 to 2012. Timo then went on to Tsinghua University from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering. In 2013, Timo Juritsch attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University and received a Language Certificate in Mandarin (Chinesisch).

In terms of additional certifications, Timo Juritsch earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in January 2017. In November 2016, they obtained a Coursera Course Certificate from the course "Introduction to Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization." Similarly, in October 2016, they acquired another Coursera Course Certificate for completing the course "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills." Furthermore, Timo Juritsch obtained a Chinese/Mandarin HSK 3 certification from Hanban Confucius Institute in June 2011.
