Chelsae Letteri is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Peak Processing Solutions. With prior experience as a People and Culture Manager and a Human Resources and Office Assistant, Chelsae brings a strategic approach to HR and Health & Safety leadership. They have worked at Aerotek as a Construction Account Manager, where they developed successful recruitment strategies and managed client relationships. Previously, Chelsae coordinated employment programs at the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, helping individuals with disabilities enhance their employment skills. Chelsae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama in Education and Community and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor.
