Mike Bolger

Mike Bolger, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Senior Manager for the Pacific Northwest at Peak Projects since July 2019. In this role, Mike has successfully overseen the design and construction of high-end residences with project costs ranging from $15M to $80M across several prestigious locations. Prior to this position, Mike was Senior Program Manager at Synapse Product Development, where responsibilities included leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing manufacturing partners. Additional roles included Director of Product Management at BrightBox Technologies, Senior Energy Engineer at SCIenergy, Energy Engineer at EnerNOC, and Energy Efficiency Consultant at CTG Energetics. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Middlebury College.
