Raul brings over 27 years of management and technical experience in Operations, Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure. With over 19 of those years employed at DBK Concepts, his portfolio of skills allowed him to excel in developing strategies, tactical solutions, system designs, and project management resulting in the strengthening of Peak capabilities and delivering agile business results.

Raul’s strength is building strong, collaborative teams to develop and strategically implement changes to increase quality and productivity that supports and improves business processes, as well as state-of-the-art innovations that contribute to Peak’s growth. In his latest achievements, he designed and managed a major staging and deployment operation for an essential federal government agency in addition to spearheading multiple facilities expansions that allowed Peak to scale the business and achieve continuous process improvements.
