Ron Bayus

Ron Bayus has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ron is currently the President and CEO at Peak Toolworks, a leading North American manufacturer and service provider of cutting tools. Ron has been with the company since 2019. Prior to this, Ron held the position of Vice President of Operations at Peak Toolworks.

Before joining Peak Toolworks, Ron worked at Dura-Line from 1997 to 2018, where they held various leadership roles including Director of Manufacturing Operations, Director of Supply Chain Management, and Vice President of Lean Manufacturing/Quality. Ron was responsible for implementing lean manufacturing practices, leading global sales and operations teams, and integrating ERP systems.

Ron also has experience working at Shin-Etsu Silicones of America and Atotech Group, where they held the role of Quality Assurance Manager. Ron started their career at Lucas Aerospace International as a Quality Engineer and later became the Materials Laboratory Supervisor and a Chemist.

Throughout their career, Ron has gained extensive expertise in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Ron Bayus attended Kenyon College from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry.
