Roger Chen

Roger Chen is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Deputy Country Director for Taiwan at PEAK Wind since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing the taking over process for individual assets. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of Operations Maintenance Manager at Swancor Renewable Energy, overseeing the FOWI Offshore Wind Farm. Roger's experience also includes serving as Project Manager at GE Renewable Energy, where project planning and resource management were key responsibilities, and as Senior Project Engineer at Veolia Water Technologies, focusing on cost control, construction progress, and contractor coordination. Roger holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Tungnan University, completed in 2009.
